The HR Executive will play a crucial role in managing and executing various HR functions within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR within the healthcare sector and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of this industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Recruitment and Staffing:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for various healthcare roles, ensuring timely and effective staffing.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
2.HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws and healthcare regulations.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment and workplace safety.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
3.Employee Engagement and Retention:
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee morale and identify areas for improvement.
Implement strategies to promote work-life balance and employee well-being.
4.Compensation and Benefits:
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
Conduct salary benchmarking and prepare compensation reports for management review.
Manage employee health and wellness programs, including medical insurance and other benefits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
