Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, administering the employee benefits program, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws. The Human Resources Executive will also be responsible for maintaining employment records, conducting employee engagement surveys, and handling performance management issues, among other duties.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
Excellent knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
Experience in managing the recruitment process from start to finish
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the overall business strategy
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits administration
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
