Human Resources Coordinator Required in Dubai
· Prepare new employee files and maintain updated files at all times.
· Process employee requests on all types of Certificates & letters (Printing and Dispatch)
· Ensure Personnel Data changes are captured in the system on a timely basis
· Assist new employees in getting new Bank accounts & C3 accounts and ensure Data upload in HCM and interface to EBS
· Resolve queries and issues related to Existing Bank/ C3 Account Changes
· Raise HCM Data update and EBS interface related issues and coordinate for resolution
· Coordinate for new employee onboarding including Orientation, New joining Formalities and Welcome Kits
· Ensure Employee Creation in HCM and interface to EBS is done in a timely manner
· Ensure DOR is updated for all new joiners
· Coordinate for Tawjeeh Training
· Process New visa applications as assigned by Team Leader – PR
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Education
· Graduation or Equivalent degree in HR
Language
· English – Fluent
Job Experience
· 0 – 3 years’ experience in the same or similar capacity with a large company
Others
· Basic understanding of HR Systems.
· Good communication skills - (both written and spoken)
· Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Power point and Excel
· Good understanding of Local Laws and regulations
· Excellent coordination skills
