Human Resources Administrator Required in Dubai

We are looking for an HR Administrator with outstanding communication and administration skills. The HR administrator will handle all written and verbal employee queries with the utmost confidentiality.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, drawing up HR documents, corresponding with recruitment agencies, organizing training sessions and events, updating company policies, and ensuring they comply with labour laws.

To be a successful HR administrator, you should have sound knowledge of labour laws and be willing to regularly revise them. You must be able to deal with a variety of personalities and keep calm in tense situations. A top HR administrator should be approachable, fair, and have good multitasking abilities. You should also be willing to attend workshops and training sessions wherever possible.

Responsibilities:

Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.
Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
Processing Employment Visa (via DMCC Portal)
Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and any related events.
Communicating with recruiters and other external parties (Publish and remove job ads)
Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.
Update internal databases with new hire information
Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests. Including preparing, issuing, and filing company documentation (e.g., sick leave, maternity leave, etc.).
Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken.
Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, the number of vacation days they’re eligible for).

Requirements:

Certification in human resources, management, or similar.
Proven experience in an HR Administrator role with at least 2 years of Experience
Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
Sound knowledge of labour laws and practices.
The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
Must be approachable and helpful.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Good ethical judgment.
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Exposure to payroll practices.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
