Automech Steel Industries LLC is urgently looking for a HR Recruitment Specialist with 4 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment within the Oil & Gas sector or related industries such as steel fabrication, engineering, or construction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
• Source, screen, and select qualified candidates using various platforms.
• Conduct interviews, finalize offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track and maintain recruitment metrics and reports.
What We’re Looking For:
• 4 to 5 years of recruitment experience in Oil & Gas or similar heavy industries.
• Familiarity with hiring for fabrication, mechanical, and engineering roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of UAE labour laws and recruitment best practices is a plus.
