We are looking for an experienced employee for the position of HR manager / Recruiter who is ready to become a part of our team!
A short list of responsibilities:
• Preparation and drafting of job descriptions
• Posting vacancies on specialized resources, social. networks, professional communities and other platforms
• Selection of suitable candidates for open vacancies, interviewing
• Accompanying candidates at all stages of communication, accompanying the exit of an employee to work, providing prompt feedback to all parties
• Analysis of the hr-market - average salaries in the market, the needs of candidates, monitoring of competitors
• Scheduling and monitoring meetings, writing feedback
• Working with Project Managers and Team Leads: notifying about the dates of meetings / tasks, requesting feedback on candidates and employees, etc.
• Tracking recruiting trends
What we expect from you:
• Successful experience in recruiting
• High level of self-organization and responsibility
• Advanced communication skills
• Knowledge of English at least B2 level - upper-intermediate
• Knowledge of the specifics of the IT and / or gamedev market: salaries, conditions, motivation, career stages and professional development. Knowledge of industry leaders, competitors.
• Based on my experience, knowledge of how to create an attractive HR brand, the ability to identify obvious advantages and convey them to candidates.
