HR Manager Required in Dubai

We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining manpower by recruiting, selecting, onboarding, orienting, employees.
Designing and implementing HR policies in line with industry standards & organizational values and provide guidance across departments.
Managing talent acquisition processes such as recruitment and identify competencies required in coordination with department managers.
Maintaining human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees
Developing, updating, implementing, and/or communicating staff policies and procedures in compliance with standard HR practices, laws, and regulations.
Ensuring employee queries are addressed in a timely manner through frequent contact and support
Managing talent acquisition processes such as recruitment and identify competencies required in coordination with department managers.
Preparing offer letter/employment agreement for signature by the manager, candidate, and others as appropriate.
Sourcing of candidates through headhunting via various job portals in accordance with the Job description.
Maintaining Strict Turn Around Time and adhering to specific requirements
Sourcing through social media like LinkedIn / Facebook and other available online forums
Maintaining a keen eye on the latest recruitment processes and techniques for an efficient recruitment process
Conducting market due diligence on the availability of talent pool in specific markets/Regions
Conducting research and analysis as well as produce reports as required

Required Skill Set:

Preferably HR or Recruitment experience in Recruitment firm essential
End to End recruitment Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good understanding of the Internet & MS office is a must.
Ability to understand Job Descriptions & evaluate important keywords to perform the search.
Prior work experience in Real Estate preferred
