HR Generalist - Dubai

We’re Hiring: HR Generalist – Dubai, UAE
Al Faris Group, a recognized leader in Equipment Rental, Heavy Logistics, and Energy Solutions, is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Dubai.
Location: Dubai, UAE
• Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000/month (based on experience and designation)
• Experience: 3–5 years in HR operations or generalist roles
• Preferred Industry Background: Equipment Rental, Construction, or Industrial sectors
• Qualification: Master’s in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Preferred Certifications: CIPD, CHRP, CHRM, SHRM, or PHR
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding and offboarding
• Handle demobilization procedures, final settlements, and employee clearances
• Maintain and update employee records within the HRMS system
• Administer employee insurance, claims, and benefits
• Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, NOCs, and internal memos
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies
• Support payroll, leave management, and employee relations
• Help implement and standardize HR practices across all departments
