Requirements

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry
Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employee-related compliance requirements
Experience in handling day-to-day HR operations and employee matters
Knowledge and practical experience with ERP or SAP systems
Ability to manage employee records, documentation, attendance, leave, and other HR-related responsibilities
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle HR responsibilities efficiently
Strong follow-up skills and the ability to coordinate with management and employees
