Hiring HR & Admin Officer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Tajvand Group of Companies is currently hiring a HR & Admin Officer with 4–5 years of UAE experience. The role demands a well-rounded professional capable of handling a full spectrum of HR functions along with administrative responsibilities related to vehicle and insurance management.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4–5 years of HR/Admin experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law
• Graduate with attested certificates
• Solid understanding of HR processes and documentation
• Ability to multitask and handle diverse duties
Responsibilities:
HR Duties:
• Manage internal and external HR functions
• Maintain master employee records (hard/soft copies & Meezan updates)
• Handle leave applications, leave settlements, and final settlements
• Oversee hiring process from job posting to confirmation
• Resolve staff issues related to banks, insurance, and employment matters
• Source employee insurances at competitive market rates
• Create salary accounts and prepare HR memos
Admin Duties:
• Maintain vehicle master data and Meezan updates
• Track Mulkiya expiry and notify relevant staff
• Arrange vehicle insurance and collect market quotations
• Prepare documents for vehicle passing and renewals (Mulkiya, Civil Defense)
• Handle GPS, Asateel, and ITC permit renewals
• Other related tasks may be assigned by management.
