Position Summary:

As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, managing staff, and driving financial performance. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and guest services

Lead, train, and manage department heads and hotel staff

Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and resolve any complaints promptly

Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting

Monitor and optimize occupancy rates, room revenue, and profitability

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards

Implement hotel policies, procedures, and operational systems

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (preferred)

Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar managerial role

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, Cloudbeds, or similar)

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
