About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for a Hostess to join our team at Yas Plaza Hotels. A hostess sets the tone for the dining experience, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well-cared from the moment they arrive until they leave.

About You

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with guests.
Ability to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
Capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Previous experience in a similar role or the hospitality industry is often preferred.
Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holiday
Respond to customer inquiries about the menu, restaurant policies, and other services.
Keep the reception and waiting areas clean and tidy.
Support wait staff and other team members as needed, especially during busy periods
