We are looking for Hospital Administrator to join Zulekha Healthcare Group, UAE.

Education : MBBS with MHA

Experience : 8+ years working experience in corporate Hospitals.

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage the day to day Medical services of the Hospital

· Oversee the assigned departments working in coordination with departmental and unit heads

· Manage In-patient & OP services, responsible for smooth functioning of the departments

· Monitor and ensure the optimum rota of all doctors including GP’s, and Registrar’s and leave adjustments

· To monitor the financial mandates including insurance extensions for admitted patients and communicates major concerns to Director

· Responsible to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Hospital and ensures that the quality of medical care meets the hospital's overall goals and mission.

· Responsible for establishing systems of accountability for all providers to include productivity benchmarks, performance measures and controls for clinical quality assurance

· Develops and uses a variety of measurements to determine performance effectiveness, from statistics to input from the department and the Hospital.
