High School Guide - Dubai

My Virtual Academy is seeking a dedicated High School Guide to mentor students virtually and support them on their path to graduation. This fully remote role allows you to guide learners in a personalized online environment, helping them set academic goals, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate successes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain weekly communication with each assigned student.
• Guide students through progress in Edmentum and provide technical support.
• Document all interactions and notes in the Genius system.
• Communicate weekly with parents of minor students.
• Set academic goals with students and celebrate achievements.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and 1:1s with the lead teacher.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Valid teaching certificate in your state (preferred).
• Experience in virtual teaching or mentoring.
• Friendly, organized, tech-savvy, and proactive in communication.
Success Metrics:
• High student engagement and achievement of goals.
• Active participation in team meetings and training sessions.

• Reliable internet connection and quiet, focused workspace required.
