Head of Warehouse Operations - Dubai

Oskarme is seeking a highly experienced Head of Warehouse Operations to oversee and manage all warehouse activities, inventory control, documentation, and reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor all cash payments and related records
• Maintain proper documentation for payments, VAT, and audits and report to Head Office
• Oversee goods and visitor gate pass administration
• Extract and maintain invoice records through the company portal
• Process weekly drivers’ reimbursements
• Supervise inventory control and stock monitoring
• Oversee daily warehouse operations and manage warehouse staff
• Prepare and submit regular operational reports to Head Office
Requirements:
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and administration
• Strong understanding of documentation, invoicing, and cash handling procedures
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools
• UAE warehouse experience is preferred
