My client, a large private owned venture-capital business is looking for a CTO for their start-up confidential fintech business in the UAE. As one of the leaders of the business, you are part of the founding team and in the role of the CTO you are fully responsible for the product & tech stack of the company – This includes and is not limited to:

Development of the company’s product & tech roadmap
Acquisition, development and retention of the best talent for your area
Establishment of solid on- and off-shore tech operations & kick-ass product team

Experience Required for Head of Development Abu Dhabi:

Experience with Derivatives Technology & specifically Post-trade processing
Experience building and developing the infrastructure of a bank and/or payments/clearing platform
Hands-on experience with risk, capital & liquidity for banks
Experience building out block-chain inspired post-trade infrastructure
