Head of Finance - Dubai

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead and manage finance operations for a global industry leader in Dubai. This senior role is responsible for overseeing GCC finance operations, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic support to the executive leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee finance operations across the GCC, including UAE, Qatar, and KSA.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, forecasts, and analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Group Financial Controller and Managing Director on business strategy execution.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, monthly reporting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial models, bids, and proposals and support sales negotiations on major payments.
• Guide project teams on performance metrics and impact measurement.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, payroll, accounts payable, credit control, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, including IFRS 15, and statutory requirements in UAE, Qatar, and KSA, covering VAT, audits, and tax filings.
• Enhance NetSuite functionality to optimize finance processes.
• Develop and lead a team of four, including IT support for multiple regions.
