Job Description
We are seeking a Growth Product Manager responsible for owning the complete user journey
From acquisition to activation.
This role involves collaborating closely with marketing to transform first-time users into loyal
Customers through exceptional onboarding experiences.
Interview process:
• Screening call (30 min)
• Take Home Exercise (tasks, conversion numbers) + 5-10 minute record a presentation (you'll have 3-4 days to complete)
• Zoom interview - short presentation about 2-3 projects you've worked on. (2:30 hours) Behavioral interview
Start date: ASAP

You must be fully authorized to work in the US. No visa sponsorship/transfer available.
Responsibilities:
• Own and optimize the full user journey from initial acquisition through user activation.
• Partner closely with marketing teams to convert first-time users to loyal, engaged customers.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to improve user onboarding processes.
• Continuously test hypotheses, iterate on product features, and implement successful strategies at scale.
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end funnels, focusing on crucial metrics such as time-to-value and conversion rates.
Requirements:
• 4+ years experience in product management, particularly focused on growth, onboarding, or activation.
• Product growth and onboarding experience.
• Preferred experience within B2B SaaS and product-led growth (PLG) environments.
• Familiarity with tools and techniques necessary to independently design and execute experiments.
• Nice to have: Experience in more technical fields (Datadog, team based products, software)
• Proven track record in optimizing user journeys and conversion funnels.
• Comfort and success in fast-paced, iterative environments with rapid hypothesis testing and feature iteration.
