Graphic Designer Required in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer cum Videographer & Video Editor to manage the visual-content requirements of three brands under our company. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic-design, video-shooting, and video-editing skills, along with a good understanding of branding and visual storytelling. The candidate must be able to independently plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality content while maintaining consistency across all three brands.
Key responsibilities:
● Design high-quality digital and print marketing materials● Create paid-ad creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms● Produce social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, and campaign creatives● Create visual assets for websites and landing pages● Design corporate presentations, company profiles, brochures, and other marketing materials● Plan and conduct professional video and photography shoots● Shoot promotional videos, corporate videos, interviews, testimonials, events, projects, products, and social media content● Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, stabilisers, and other production equipment● Edit promotional videos, reels, corporate videos, testimonials, and other visual content● Create motion graphics, animations, and engaging video transitions● Develop video concepts, shot lists, storyboards, and production plans● Ensure high-quality framing, lighting, audio, colour correction, and post-production● Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual identities● Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials● Coordinate with the marketing, content, social media, and performance marketing teams● Manage the creative requirements of three brands simultaneously● Handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within agreed deadlines● Organise and maintain editable design files, raw footage, and other creative assets
Required skills and experience:
● Proven professional experience in graphic design, videography, and video editing● Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent professional tools● Hands-on experience using professional cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, gimbals, and other production equipment● Strong understanding of camera settings, shot composition, lighting, audio recording, and visual storytelling● Strong knowledge of branding, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy● Experience creating paid-ad creatives designed to generate leads and conversions● Ability to adapt designs and videos to different brand identities, audiences, and platforms● Experience designing presentations, brand guidelines, logo identity materials, and marketing collateral● Strong skills in video editing, colour grading, sound editing, motion graphics, and animation● Ability to independently manage a video project from concept and shooting through to final delivery● Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills● Ability to work independently and manage the requirements of three brands● Willingness to travel within the UAE for video and photography shoots when required
