Conceptualize & Design
Develop ideas and creative concepts to meet the diverse needs of the communications team
Design a wide range of creative assets, including ads, posters, branding, presentations, emailers, newsletters, brochures, flyers, invitations, greeting cards, digital content, social media posts, outdoor ads, event materials and other collateral
Create short videos and motion graphics for digital media and TV screens

Lead & Collaborate
Take ownership and oversee projects from initial brief to concept, design and final output
Work closely with corporate teams to understand creative requirements
Effectively communicate and present ideas, manage expectations and coordinate with project stakeholders

Designer Function & Responsibility
Create quality material that aligns with the company standards of excellence
Adhere to timelines and deliver under tight deadlines and quick turnaround times
Assist and support in printing, production and vendor management
Manage and maintain artwork files, logos, photos and videos
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Requirements
Exceptional Creativity: Strong ability to think and come up with ideas for designs and campaigns
Design Expertise: Good understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and with a refined sense of corporate style and aesthetics
Attention To Detail: Keen eyes and sharp focus on accuracy, meticulous to ensure every design element meets quality standards
Experience Across Collaterals: Capability to deliver a range of static and dynamic collateral
Static: print and digital media, social media content, templates, and other visual assets
Dynamic: motion graphics, GIF animations, and video editing
Technical Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of design and office software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and both Windows/MAC OS platforms
Impressive Portfolio: A solid portfolio showcasing expertise in design, animation, motion graphics, and video

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
2-5 years of experience in graphic design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
Portfolio of work
