Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual content that supports property listings, marketing campaigns, and overall brand presence. This role is ideal for someone with strong design skills, excellent technical ability, and a polished visual standard, capable of delivering professional work in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital ads, and property campaigns
Create brochures, flyers, listing presentations, signage, banners, and branded materials
Develop strong layouts for both digital and print applications
Produce creative concepts aligned with campaign goals and brand standards
Adapt designs across multiple formats (Instagram, Meta ads, websites, print, presentations)
Retouch, resize, and enhance property images and marketing visuals
Maintain consistency across branding and visual identity
Collaborate with management and marketing teams to meet deadlines
Support ongoing design needs for listings, launches, and campaigns
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in graphic design within marketing, advertising, real estate, or similar environments
Fluency in Arabic is required due to the target market and client base
Strong portfolio showcasing digital ads, social media, print materials, and branding work
Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
Excellent photo editing and retouching skills
Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Good communication skills and openness to feedback
Must be based in the UAE and available for full-time, on-site work in Abu Dhabi
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate marketing and property campaigns
Basic knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro
Experience in print production and large-format materials
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple revisions
Salary & Application Note
Salary ranges from AED 4,000 to AED 5,000, depending on experience and portfolio quality.

Please note: Applicants without prior real estate design experience will not be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant industry experience.
