I’m working with a well-established creative agency in Dubai that partners with some of the region’s most exciting real estate and luxury hospitality brands. They’re looking to bring in a Mid-Weight Designer who can deliver high-quality, conceptual work across a range of premium projects.

The Role

Work across a mix of branding, campaigns, and day-to-day creative for real estate and luxury hospitality clients
Take projects from concept through to execution, ensuring strong attention to detail throughout
Collaborate closely with creative directors, account teams, and other designers
Translate client briefs into strong visual ideas and polished creative output
Work across both digital and print deliverables (social, campaigns, brochures, presentations, etc.)
Ensure all work is aligned to brand guidelines while still pushing creative where appropriate

What They’re Looking For

3-5 years’ experience within a creative or branding agency
Strong portfolio showcasing work across real estate and/or luxury hospitality brands
Solid conceptual thinking alongside strong execution skills
Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience working on high-end, premium brands with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics
Comfortable being client-facing when needed and presenting ideas

Nice to Have

Motion or basic animation skills
Experience working on large-scale developments, property launches, or hotel brands
Understanding of the regional market
