Graphic Designer Required in Dubai

We are looking for a versatile and structured graphic profile to strengthen our production, brand presence, and digital visibility.

You will work closely with the CEO and act as an operational right hand in developing and maintaining our brand, while also supporting daily structure and coordination.

The role combines graphic production, brand maintenance, social media/content execution, and light office administration in Dubai.

Your primary responsibilitiesProduction (approx. 50%)

Support our Art Director, who is currently handling production independently
Produce print ads and graphic materials
Assist with magazine layout (InDesign)
Support IT & Creative with production tasks
Create graphic materials for clients (ads, banners, etc.)
Social Media & Content Production

Create posts for clients and internal channels
Prepare and produce content for social media
Adapt visuals to different platforms
Work in a structured way with content (production → preparation → publishing)
Brand & maintenance (approx. 30%)

Work closely with the CEO on developing and maintaining ISA Media Group’s brand
Update playbooks and internal materials
Maintain internal guides and structure
Manage and update website content
Upload and structure magazine content online
Support visibility of ISA Media Group and our publications across digital platforms
Administration (approx. 20%)

Light office administration in Dubai
Handling receipts and documentation for accounting
Structuring, filing, and maintaining internal organization
Practical day-to-day coordination
Requirements

Experience in graphic production (print and digital)
Experience with social media, content, and post creation
Strong skills in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Basic understanding of web and content management systems (WordPress, Webflow or similar)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a structured way
Self-driven and able to take responsibility

Salary

The salary range for this position is AED 5,000 – 8,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
