Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer (Digital) to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, hybrid role with some flexibility to work from home. The designer will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across digital platforms, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce creative digital assets for websites, social media, campaigns, email marketing, and paid ads.
Develop engaging layouts, infographics, and motion graphics tailored to both Arabic and English audiences.
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and design teams to deliver consistent and high-quality visuals.
Ensure brand guidelines are maintained and adapted for regional markets.
Lead creative projects from concept to execution, mentoring junior designers if needed.
Stay updated on design trends, especially within the Middle East digital landscape.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
5+ years of experience in digital graphic design, preferably within a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, social media content, and branding projects.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, XD).
Knowledge of motion graphics, UI design, or 3D is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
