JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Create outstanding visual designs for MP clients and projects for digital and print use.
Support with the visual design stages of certain projects from concept to final hand-off to development.
Create the overall design or visual concept, directing those who support in producing the necessary assets, including artwork and layouts.
Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions
Lead the design and development of all digital assets, including websites, landing pages, social media graphics, and newsletters.
Propose appropriate visual content/ imagery (photo, art, illustrations and other graphics) to the Creative strategist.
Ensure that all the designs coming out of the department adhere to Maison Pyramide’s codes, visual identity, and creative direction.
Work with MP’s external network of collaborators and third parties to execute projects, designs and layouts.
Design and develop responsive website layouts, graphics, and visual elements that enhance the user experience.
Create engaging social media content, including static graphics, animations, and videos.
Assist in formatting presentations and documents with Maison Pyramide or the client’s guidelines.
Assist when needed with the designs and branding of MP materials.
Design collaterals and needed material for MP and client’s events.
Elevate MP’s portfolio of brands and ensure that every design is done with a purpose.
Adhere to MP’s guidelines of aesthetics and visual strategy.
Research and propose concepts for MP’s branches and projects.
Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices to ensure that our designs are always fresh and innovative
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met and all designs are of the highest quality
Create and maintain design style guides and templates to ensure consistency across all digital assets

Qualifications

- At least 2-3 years of experience as a digital graphic designer, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating your skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
(Required programs: Figma, Adobe XD,Zeplin, Photoshop, Indesign, illustrator, google slides and video animation is a plus (after effects / adobe premiere
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles
- Creative and Innovative
- Up to date on the latest technologies and trends in the digital world
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Team work
- Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment is a plus
