General Accountant Required in Dubai

Our client is a multinational with entities in Real Estate Development, Investments, Hospitality and Government Investments. A successful candidate will have proven experience as an Accountant with a real estate developer in the UAE with the ability to execute all accounting work.

Key Roles To Include
Produce journal entries for the acquisition or disposition of real estate assets
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
Preparation and reconciliation of budgets and capital reserve accounts
Analysis of monthly financial reports
Special projects and additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance, additionally a certification in CPA, CA, CMA OR ACCA is essential
3-4 years accounting experience with a real estate developer is essential
You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
