General Accountant Required in Dubai

A reputed property management organization is looking for Accountant with.

At least 5 – 7 years of experience as an Accountants.

Strong communication analytical and management skills, the applicant should be well versed in basic accounting, Tally, Excel, and proficient in accounting software/s.

Must have an Accounting degree and experience and at least 5 – 7

Good Communications Skills Strong Computer Skills

Accuracy in daily work and other projects

Worked in Real Estate Industry preferred but not mandatory

Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines Adherence to policies, procedures, and instructions of the Manager/HOD.

Ability to maintain good working relationships with vendors and employees
Ability to function as a team player, responsible Growth oriented and an accountable person with strong organizational skill

Some of the responsibilities:

Has Experience in ERP.

Record day- to- day transactions

Bank reconciliation

Make online bank transfers and payments for local and overseas accounts

Work with tax accounting system and ability to do vat calculation and file application online. Good in MS Excel is must Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information Review bank statements Auditing and verifying documents Job
