Job Purpose

Receptionist will help ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently and will be the “face” of Driven Properties LLC to clients and guests who will visit the office. The Receptionist will utilize organizational and interpersonal skills to work with all employees and clients.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for the visitors of the company upon their arrival until departure
Ensure visitors to the office are greeted and received warmly, given correct information and directed to the respective person, meetings and offer assistance as appropriate.
Ensuring effective customer service.
Ensure all visitors arrivals are logged in correctly to keep record of the visitors list.
Coordinate with the Office Assistants to serve beverages to visitors in reception and meeting rooms.
Handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls professionally and direct the calls to respective person
Handle all incoming outgoing mail and documents.
Coordinate and monitor movement of collection delivery of documents.
Ensure that the reception desk area is manned and organized.
Any other work request by line manager

Qualifications

At least 2 years of proven experience in the same position preferably in Real Estate Industries
Possess strong verbal and written communications skills
A strong and proven ability to multi-task and prioritize issues.
Proficiency in Outlook, Internet, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and with excellent time management.
Pleasant Personality and with initiative
Presentable
