Role Insight

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Officer at our Dubai office. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for answering and routing phone calls, greeting and directing visitors, filing, and other clerical duties as assigned. They will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and communication, both in person and over the phone.

Qualifications

Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
Clerical Skills, including filing and organization
Excellent Communication skills, both in person and over the phone
Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common office software
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Fluency in English is required, knowledge of multilingual is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework or a degree is preferred
