Financial Analyst Required in Dubai

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance Team at Multibank Group. You will join a team that focuses on generating daily reports that are used by the Senior Management of the Group. As a Financial Analyst, you will handle multiple assignments in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment. Your main responsibilities include company-wide monitoring and assessment of financial transactions, daily report preparation, and ad-hoc analytical support for internal operations.

Role:

Assist the team in generating daily reports
Perform ad-hoc data analysis tasks daily
Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement
Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information and set targets
Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
Enhance and further simplify the existing reporting process
Develop and prepare daily and monthly reports that help with decision making

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
Minimum of 3 years working experience in financial planning, financial analysis and modeling or other related fields
Advanced proficiency in Excel and ability to program in VBA is a definite plus
Strong data analysis skills and experience with SQL, Power BI, R is a definite plus
Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills
Comfort with ambiguity, and an ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-finance individuals and maintain confidentiality
Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
Detail oriented
