MBE Gulf is the Master License holder for Mail Boxes Etc. in the GCC and is expanding its network in the UAE and other Gulf countries.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced accountant to join our team. As an accountant, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our financial records, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial reports, and analyzing financial data to provide insights and recommendations for our business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in accounting, strong analytical skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Maintain the general ledger by processing all company invoices, payments, and purchases

Review and verify accuracy of financial and contract paperwork and processes

Summarize and prepare financial records and statements for external reporting

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software and tools.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and completeness of reports.

Communicate financial information to management.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience in accounting
3+ years' accounting experience in UAE
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
