Finance Executive Required in Dubai

Coordinating with HO finance team for monthly closing on timely basis.
Compiling financial reports and supervising month end processes.
Review monthly reconciliations of accounts payable and receivable.
Review the bank reconciliations and overall working capital management.
Assist in annual audits.
Handle non-trade invoice verification, payment requisitions/process payments.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with all banks for smooth transactions.
Maintenance of the relevant documentation to meet any requiring information from Tax Authorities, external/internal auditors and any other external/internal customers.
Liaise with various authorities as required.
Serve as a liaison between Finance and other internal departments on operational and administrative issues.

Job Requirements:-

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
2 to 3 years working experience in financial management especially dealing with banks or other financial institutions
Must be familiar with imports & exports matter (trading businesses), financial auditing, bank reconciliation and monitoring budget allocation
Possess excellent communication skills and able to present to internal and external parties
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate well in English
Proficient in MS Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
