About the Job

​As a Finance Associate, you will support the Middle East team across all areas of the company's day-to-day operations.

The Primary Objectives of this Role Include:

Support ME Finance Head on the region consolidation
Support the regional team on the day-to-day operation, especially the Marketing team who is expanding
Support MIAMI countries on a financial day-to-day operation ( on-time payment, shipments, credit./debit note).

Assist and support the ME Finance Team

Financial inquiries – provide daily support to MEAMI and Regional Departments Manager (Training, Marketing & Office)
Respond to MEAMI Distributor request regarding customer statement for shipments and communicate with Distributor Staff regularly to have EGO invoices paid within credit terms
Assist MEAMI Country Managers and respective Regional Departments managers to resolve any disputed financial transactions with Distributors/Vendor
Promptly investigate claims and deductions made by MEAMI distributors or Marketing suppliers on a monthly basis.
Liaise with ME Managers to ensure staff expense claims are submitted on time with supporting documentation.
Assist International Business Assistant with preparing and checking supporting documentation for expense claims
Ensures that Corporate Card holders submit their claim on time and with proper supporting documentation
Consolidate board report for the Middle East. Ensures that the values are correct and are submitted on time.
Generate and prepare reports as per the Transaction list template monthly.
Gathering forecast details from Gulf & KSA and consolidating it at the Middle East level
Help consolidate the Budget and 5 years plan for the Middle East
Generate Monthly reports for the Management Team
Miscellaneous finance administrative duties as required

Finance & Accounting

Reconciling statements from distributors/vendors to ensure no DNs/Invs are outstanding.
Ensures that all proof of payment has been shared to MEAMI Distributors /vendors on each payment run to allocate our payment correctly.
Ensure that MEAMI Distributor Debit Notes and Regional Department Vendor invoices are checked and processed for payment.
Prepare EOY accrual for MEAMI countries and Regional Departments
Issue Purchase orders and ensures that POs are Goods Receipted accordingly for Marketing & Training departments
Reconcile GRIR monthly report
SAP basics

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalency degree
Experience in the ME Pharmaceutical industry preferred
3years+ experience
