Roles and Responsibility

 Collecting the tenders from Client/Consultants and understand the invited scope of works
 Quantity take off and preparing the Bill of quantities, tender documents, and other supporting documents
 Preparing the pretender budget to ready for the cost negotiation with client/consultant
 Preparing the value engineering proposal if the submitted tender value is more than the client’s budget
 Preparing the detailed budget cost estimation
 Preparing the comparison statement
 Qualifying the contractors
 Preparing and submitting all Material and other documents for approval
 Coordinated review, approvals and scope changes during engineering and construction phases of projects
 Delivering the project on time, on Quality, on budget
 Preparing the scope variation, deletion and addition with proper substantial documents.
 Certifying the variation and additional works to contractors with in the budget
 Measuring and quantifying the work done on site
 Quantifying and certifying the contractor’s invoices.
 Taking over certificates and maintaining defects liability
 Preparing the interim invoices to client, follow up the certification and make sure the payment shall be getting within the payment terms
 Coordinating with the client, consultants and other professionals
 Preparing the weekly, monthly progress reports
 Preparing the cash flow reports
