Estimating Coordinator - Dubai

Job Vacancy: Hemington Landscape Services Inc., a leading landscape construction company with over 42 years of experience, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Estimating Coordinator to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in managing bid processes, coordinating projects, and ensuring precision across estimating workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the bid process from start to finish, organizing bid folders, tracking deadlines, and maintaining workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with estimators, vendors, and project teams to ensure submissions are complete and competitive.
• Utilize estimating software, bid portals, and advanced Excel skills to maintain accurate and accessible data.
• Monitor RFIs, addendums, and bid results to stay informed on project performance.
• Support additional tasks as needed, including takeoffs, number crunching, bid follow-ups, and acting as a versatile team member.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating; landscape construction experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms and producing polished reports in Excel.
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on organization and accuracy.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines independently in a remote work environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively during Pacific Time working hours.
