Iam an Electrical Engineer having 6 years Experience in Construction/fit out jobs

My duties and Responsibilities
Familiar about all the work related to Lighting, Power, Fire Alarm System, Exit and Emergency Lighting System (Central Battery System), Lighting Automation System, Building Management System (BMS), Containment for IT & Security Work.
• Analyze Tender Drawing, Project specification along with BOQ. 
• Design and Load Calculation of Electrical Drawings.
• Follow up of shop drawings and Material submittal.
• Depth Study of drawings, specifications and provide technical clearance to subordinates such as site engineers / site foremen.
• Attend all weekly management/consultant/main contractor/client meeting and follow up the action assigned on the specified dates without any delays.
• Carry out the directions of the Project Manager to monitor and coordinate all activities relevant to the planning, scheduling and quality assurance of the Electrical services.
• Insure project completion within the agreed schedule and budget.
• To prepare 'As-Built Drawings' and O & M Manuals.
