Data Entry Administrator - Temporary - Dubai

Viasat is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to support its Global Trade Compliance (GTC) team. The GTC team ensures compliance with import and export regulations worldwide, contributing to Viasat’s success in delivering products and services across global markets. This role involves accurate and efficient input of import and export authorizations into Viasat’s Global Trade Management software, verifying records, and generating reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input import/export authorizations in Global Trade Management system
Verify, check, and maintain records to ensure data integrity
Run and compile reports for internal tracking and compliance
Collaborate effectively with diverse teams within Viasat and external stakeholders
Stay updated on international regulations and provide guidance based on current geopolitical developments
