Cybersecurity - Business Development Manager / Growth Hacker Required in Dubai
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for a specific industry vertical and territory within the United Arab Emirates and GCC region. The BDM will be responsible to identify new opportunities for DTS cybersecurity products, solutions and services and work within the sales business unit and coordinate activities with the executive management of DTS as well as manage relationships with vendor, distributors, and other ecosystem partners.
As a BDM for Cybersecurity the focus will be to target organization in the following industry verticals.
BFSI – Financial Services and Fintech
Healthcare
Critical Infrastructure
Government
Energy and Utilities
Manufacturing
Technology and Digital
Education
Legal
Retail and Ecommerce
Media and Entertainment
Enterprise and Service Providers
Reporting to the Director of Sales - you will be responsible for.
Growth hacking and business opportunity development across all industry verticals
Ability to think outside the box and target customers
Never takes no for an answer and finds a way to land a meeting with the customer
Creativity and flair in approaching new customers
Act as continuous point of contact for the customer and driving engagement
Develop and implement agreed business sales and marketing plan which will meet both personal and business goals for expanding DTS cybersecurity offerings
Prospecting and meeting clients by developing, nurturing, maintaining and leveraging your existing network whilst building new ones
Client engagement and iinteraction with key customers and relationship building
Upsell to existing new customers
Working within the sales and consulting and advisory teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term overall account goals in line with company vision
Funnel capture, developing and maintaining CRM - qualified leads through referrals, face to face meetings, phone, email, and networking through events
Sales plan and ensure weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting in a timely manner
Understand the procurement process and understand how to register onto the supply-chain list
Solid understand of RFI/RFQ and RFP process
Creating and conduct effective proposal presentations and RFI/RFP/RFQ responses

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT / Marketing / Business Administration (IT and Cybersecurity focus preferred)
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience
Cybersecurity experience would be nice combined with a background in promoting IT/Cloud/SaaS services and solutions
Proven ability to close business deals and achieve sales quotes
Must have experience working with targets (financial and non-financial)
Sound technical selling skills and ability to build and expand customer relationships
Sound knowledge in cybersecurity, IT, technology and digital
Strong verbal, written, negotiation, marketing and presentation skills
Sales certification of various vendors
Very good skills in usage of Microsoft Office, CRM, Project Planning, Sales Planning Tools
Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
Experience in UAE and GCC market would be an advantage
Speak and write in English is required
