Job Description:

VIWELL is hiring for a CSMs who will manage customer services and call center agents, CSMs are the vocal point for our base when it comes to ensuring customer satisfaction on field service activities, maintaining connectivity with customers on the services we deliver. The Field CSM will also act as the liaison between Field and Sales departments to ensure a smooth communication and coordination process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Partner with Account Managers & Project Managers to provide an excellent customer experience and to ensure all campaign launches are implemented smoothly.

● Analyze and present customer data and proactively recommend optimizations in order to be improved.

● Forecasting of proactive Call Backs.

● Highly developed ability to understand and address technical questions and problems.

● Proven ability to be proactive in customer engagement and high sense of urgency.

Serve as voice of the customer, collecting feedback to drive improvement.
Passionate about building relationships with customers as well as internal and external business partners, working cross-functionally to drive customer outcomes.
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, in leadership and individual contributor roles.

● Listens actively and responds to the Guest feedback as well as periodically review Guest Satisfaction results and trends, in order to continuously improve and exceed our Guest expectations.

● Recruits, trains and develops a team which passionately delivers Guests service excellence.

● To build and retain a long lasting relationship with new and existing customers Monitor and evaluate the overall support centre performance and provide action plans and performance targets.

● Monitor and feedback on working methods, productivity and quality on team and individual level

● Resolve all customer issues that cannot be solved by the agents. Escalation matrix is followed and updated.

Core Job Competencies:

● Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Customer Support Manager or similar.
Expert in Call centre software.
Domestic & Global contact centre Management.
Team Management & monitoring.
Great problem-solving ability.
