The Tires Group Sector is responsible for tires sales worldwide. Within the Business Area Tires RE EMEA and with MENA locations in United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Morocco, we serve, in close cooperation with our partner network, our customers by selling multi-brand passenger light vehicle tires, truck tires and specialty tires in over 20 countries of the region.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Joining our MENA Operations team, this role is responsible for managing the full order process cycle for a defined scope of countries and customers. Tasks and responsibilities include:
Administers and follows-through on all steps of the order and delivery process, such as order entry, continuous communication and exchange with stakeholders (customers, plants, logistics / forwarding companies, Finance & Sales Departments, etc), delivery tracking, documentation and invoicing.
Provides high level of customer service quality to regional/country importers and partners.
Closely coordinates with responsible Key Account Managers on forecasting, estimates, order status and delivery.
Provides detailed input into regular Supply Chain Reporting.
Coordinates with Product Management on certification-related topics.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
Certificate / Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Logistics
Prior experience in customer service, handling export processes and complex documentation
Strong experience in working with ERP tools, preferably SAP
Proficiency in MS Office 365 tools, in particular good knowledge of Excel / PowerPoint

Fluency, both written and verbal, in English. Arabic and/or French language skills are advantageous.
This is a hybrid work position.
The position is offered on a local employment contract - with additional support if you are relocating to Dubai.
