Customer Advisor Required in Dubai
As an integral part of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. You will also be responsible for consulting customers on products and services, facilitating transactions, and providing technical support when needed. You will be expected to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and follow-up accordingly in a timely manner
Assist in providing quality customer service
Assist in dealing with customer complaints and other sensitive issues
Identify customer needs and provide product information, pricing, and services
Handle transactions in a payment system and maintain accurate closing records
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Perform problem solving and research to provide solutions to customer complaints
Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Knowledge of customer service standards
Ability to work under pressure
Reliable and responsible
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in customer service or customer relations is preferred
