The Opportunity – Credit Analyst – UAE

Procedures and policies (SOP) Credit controls;
Monitor and identify Group (AR) Receivables aging reporting;
Group collections reporting (freq.) including debtor balances reducing DSO;
Reconcile and resolve customer billing and credit queries (credit and debit memo);
Maintain credit limit trackers and policies along with dunning process applications;
Liaising with customers (payment plans negotiations) and internal personnel; and
Comply with Health, Safety and Environment policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Finance degree

Knowledge

· Shared services orientation

· Credit Control & Receivables management

· Debt Collections logistics

· Accounting background

· Data and administrative management practices and procedures

· Language Proficiency

· English (fluent)

· One other official language (advantageous)
