We're an Instagram content agency that builds and manages content engines for founders and brands. We're looking for a designer who can take our systemized Figma workflows and execute - fast, clean, and without hand-holding.

What you'll do:

→ Design Instagram carousels using our existing Figma templates and systems

→ Create scroll-stopping first slides (this is where your creative eye matters most)

→ Execute 15-20+ deliverables per month across multiple client accounts

→ Follow established brand guidelines and content frameworks

→ Turn around content within 24-48 hours of briefing

You're the right fit if:

→ Figma is your most-used app - you can navigate it in your sleep

→ You scroll Instagram and immediately notice what makes a carousel work

→ You've designed carousels or social media content before (send examples)

→ You can take a template system, understand the logic, and run with it independently

→ You communicate proactively - if something's unclear or delayed, you say it before being asked

Don't apply if:

→ You need to be told what to do on every single deliverable

→ You go silent for hours when there's a deadline

→ You've never used Figma professionally

→ You can't show me at least 3 carousel designs you've made

Structure:

→ Starts as paid per-deliverable to test the fit

→ Moves to a monthly retainer once we've built trust

→ Fully remote - we work async with quick check-ins
