THE CANDIDATE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

➢ At least one-year prior experience in Dubai Real Estate Market

➢ Candidates with customer service, Retail & Hospitality are welcome to apply.

➢ Preferably with a valid driving license and car

➢ Proven track record in sales

➢ Good negotiation, communication, and deal closing skills

➢ Presentable, flexible, and well-mannered

➢ Able to work in a competitive environment

➢ Good knowledge of MS (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

➢ Fluently speaking and writing in French and Arabic

· Be involved in developing of data and system solutions alongside our Operations director to improve ROC operations. We welcome your ideas.

· Provide day to day support to clients

· Produce high quality written reports and analysis on your chosen area of focus.

· Develop professionally within a progressive consultancy environment.

What you will bring to the team:

· Bachelor’s degree: Business, or any Technology related degree.

· 3-5 years’ experience (including previous consultancy background in the middle east region)

· Sharp analytical mind with proven experience in applying well-developed problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people across all levels in an organization and of various Nationalities

· Ability to manage your time while working in various time zones

· Ability to communicate ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English

· Confidence to work optimally in a high-energy, fast-moving environment

· Excellent report writing and presentation skills

· Good financial awareness on our programs

· Good interpersonal skills: e.g. relates well to colleagues, clients and business contacts, and can influence to achieve positive results.
