Center Manager - Dubai

Friendly Nursery, a well-established early years center in Dubai, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Center Manager to join our leadership team. We provide a nurturing and engaging environment that inspires curiosity, creativity, and independence in young children through play-based learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily nursery operations ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Ensure full compliance with KHDA and all relevant regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold excellence in EYFS delivery.
• Foster strong partnerships with parents and the wider nursery community.
• Oversee health, safety, and hygiene standards across the center.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in line with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Founders and Executive Director on staff training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
• CACHE Level 5 in Early Years Education or equivalent (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of UAE-based nursery management or senior leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of EYFS or similar early years curriculum.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; Russian language is an advantage.
• Professional, proactive, and child-focused approach.
