China Southern Power Grid International Co Ltd - Dubai Branch - Rep. Office (hereafter referred to as CSGI Dubai Branch Office) plans to select a supplier to provide car leasing service from February 2024 to February 2025. Qualified suppliers are invited to participate and submit quotations.

1. Project Name
Procurement of Annual Car Leasing Services for CSGI Dubai Branch Office

2. Scope and Requirements
(1) Provide vehicles
Provide official vehicles in good condition and normal functioning in accordance with our vehicle standards(vehicles displacement lower than 3.5L, less than 9 seats, recommending Honda Oddssey).
(2) Provide drivers for official vehicles
Provide official vehicles with full-time driver who have legally valid local driver's licenses and residence visas, and the driver needs to be familiar with the requirements of local traffic laws and regulations.
(3) Vehicle registration and purchase of vehicle commercial insurance
In accordance with local laws and regulations, register the vehicles with the local transportation management department, and at the same time, purchase the full amount of commercial vehicle insurance required by local laws and regulations for the official vehicles.
(4) Vehicle Maintenance
According to the condition of the official vehicles, arrange after-sales service locations regularly to have the vehicles professionally maintained, and to provide substitute vehicle during the maintenance.
(5) Provide substitute vehicle
If the vehicle cannot be used due to breakdown or other reasons, it is necessary to provide us with a similar type of substitute vehicle free of charge.
(6) Others
Communication and coordination with the local traffic management department for the daily use of the vehicle.
3. Supplier Qualification Requirements
Suppliers must possess a license issued by the UAE government.

4. Time and Method to Obtain Procurement Documents
(1) Time to Obtain Procurement Documents: expected on February 20, 2024.
(2) Method to Obtain Procurement Documents
Suppliers should apply to CSGI Dubai Branch Office's contact person via email to receive the procurement documents. The contact person will send the Request for Proposal to the supplier via email.

5. Deadline and Method for Submitting Quotation Documents
(1) Deadline for Quotation Submission
The deadline for quotation submission is February 23,2024.
(2) Method for Quotation Submission
Suppliers should submit quotation documents to contact person via email.
