Job Description

To Market, Plan, coordinate and execute overall training activities achieving set business targets.
Prepare and market training plan for the year.
Monitor and respond to web lead queries for training
Manage logistics for conducting of training activities, booking of trainer, ensuring that all training materials, venues are prepared and coordinate to the client prior to conduct of the training
Maintains training database, organize and maintain training packages and all other records related to training
Process and issue training certificates.
Process CQI/IRCA packs for in coordination with the global training team and ensures to maintain their lead tutor status every year though peer reviews.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 8 years working experience in business development and planning for management system training activities.
Experience in marketing through social media.
Good understanding of marketing of online trainings and knowledge of online training platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and other applications
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Teamwork and cooperation

Additional Information

Excellent working knowledge of management systems, standards and compliance/auditing techniques
Effective interpersonal skills; able to develop good working relationships with people at all levels
Computer literacy, excellent communication, and presentation skills
