A leading company with offices in Dubai, India, USA, and Canada, is looking for a Business Development specialist for their office in Dubai.

An ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of Sales/Business development experience in handling B2B Sales ( Preferable in Recruitment & Finance ) in UAE . Candidates with strong presentation and sales skills .

Responsibilities-

Bring new Corporate Clients and manage the existing Clients.
Design the company’s sales strategy.
Locating prospective customers, generating them into leads, and eventually converting them to customers
Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas
Using strong research skills and industry knowledge to answer any questions about the services
Preparing and submitting weekly sales reports to management
Customer service skills to listen to customers and professionally answer questions or address concerns
Strong public speaking skills to present services to customers
