Sales Initiatives and Contract Oversight:

Introduce our offline gifting solutions to potential clients in the UAE's government and corporate sectors.
Manage contract negotiations and oversee agreements, focusing on client needs and requirements.
Client Relationship Development:

Act as a key point of contact for clients, striving to exceed their expectations.
Oversee post-sale activities, ensuring all aspects of the contract are fulfilled to achieve client satisfaction.
Reporting and Team Collaboration:

Regularly report market activities, client interactions, and progress to the Business Development Lead.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to align with overall strategic goals.
Share insights and feedback from the field to aid in developing collective strategies.

Key Expertise and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years of business development experience, preferably in offline gifting or related industries in the UAE.
Established connections within the UAE's government and corporate sectors.
Proficiency in English and Arabic.
Competency in negotiation and contract management.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the offline gifting industry and UAE market trends.
Proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Effective in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
