Must Haves:

Experience in consultative and cross sales
2+ years in hard core sales with an edge on cold calls
Razor sharp focus on numbers with exceptional focus on customers
Great communicator and negotiator
Creative and attention to detail
Ideally a Native English Speaker
Arabic - a bonus
Experience using any CRM is an advantage

As a Business Development Manager with us, your key responsibilities will be :

Develop new business opportunities
Take a lead role in developing new business proposals and presentations
Provide exceptional sales and service to our clients and sales leads over the phone as well as walk-in clients.
Understand the requirements from the get-go and recommend services and offering as per the client needs
Upsell custom packages based on clients’ property requirements
Identify the market trends and build a pipeline for sales
Identify and implement new business development initiatives
Develop and leverage our brand in close association with the marketing
Operate the CRM system effectively to manage payments, leases, reports.
Create and present sales reports to the line manager and work in close liaison with the Customer Service, Finance and other departments to ensure all paperwork, payments etc are in line
Other responsibilities as delegated
